• Profile picture – uploaded by the user for profile display

All information is provided voluntarily by the user. We do not collect any additional sensitive personal data beyond what is required for app functionality.

3. Zoom SDK – Permissions & Usage

Eduspr integrates the Zoom SDK to enable in-app video meetings and live sessions.

Permissions Used

• Camera: Used to enable video during live meetings. Accessed only when the user turns on video during an active session.
• Microphone: Used for voice communication during meetings. Accessed only during active participation.
• Storage / Media: Used to select or upload profile images and support meeting-related functionality if required.
• Internet: Required to establish and maintain video and audio communication.

Camera and microphone are not accessed in the background. Users can enable or disable these permissions during meetings.

4. Zoom Data Processing

During Zoom-powered sessions, the following data may be processed:

• Real-time audio and video streams
• Meeting metadata (meeting ID, duration)
• User display name and profile image (if enabled)

Meetings are not recorded or stored by Eduspr unless explicitly enabled by the user. Audio and video data are processed by Zoom Video Communications, Inc. in accordance with their privacy policy.

5. Data Storage & Hosting

User data is securely stored and processed using Amazon Web Services (AWS) cloud infrastructure. Appropriate security measures are implemented to protect user data.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. Data may be shared only:

• With AWS for secure hosting and backend processing
• With Zoom SDK for video conferencing functionality
• When required by law or legal process
• To protect the safety, rights, and security of users

7. Data Retention

We retain personal data only as long as necessary to provide services, maintain accounts, or comply with legal requirements. Users may request account deletion at any time.

8. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your data. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure.

9. Children’s Privacy

Eduspr is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
